Lancaster County Property Assessment Office
Establishes the assessed value of all properties located in Lancaster County for local property tax purposes. A complete countywide assessment is conducted every eight years. Assessment information can be obtained by: The Parcel Query Tool, available free through the County's homepage displays assessment data Calling the office for assistance in obtaining information Purchasing selected data on CD-ROM or annual subscription Parcel Viewer CD-ROM available for a fee includes maps and assessment data Property assessments may be appealed annually on or before August 1.
