Mission Statement: The Caring Center is an independent, not for profit organization formed by parents and professional staff to deliver exemplary early childhood education and promote family and community development. Impact Statement: To provide for the needs of children, ages 6 weeks to 8 years old, from Philadelphia and the surrounding area, to help them develop through personal contact primarily provided by Daycare services.
