Must qualify as being in need, ill, or an infant to receive service. Only serves residents of zip codes 19111, 19114, 19115, 19116, 19135, 19136, 19149, 19152, 19154, and clients in Eastern MontCo whose zipcodes don't start with "191."

New Clients come: 1st Friday, 10am-12pm. Returning clients can make appointments: Tuesday 1-6:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday 10am-3:30pm, Friday 10am-1pm
