Eligibility
A) Enrolled in the H2O Help to Others monthly bill discount program
B) Is 60 or more days past due
C) Has at least $150 or more in arrears
Application process
Once accepted into the program, customers will be provided with a new payment agreement with their current reduced monthly bill plus a $5 copayment. Enrolled customers will receive a $25 forgiveness credit with each on-time payment.
