Focus Population
Provides daily nutritious meals to homebound older adults. Hot meals are delivered Monday through Friday, with cold meals being available for evenings and weekends. Meals are supervised by a Registered Dietician. In emergency cases, home delivery can begin shortly after an In-Home Services Assessment.
