Any individual with a disability or a family member with a disability who lives in the service area.
Hours
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Application process
Call or visit in person. Basic information will be taken and directed appropriately for follow-up.

  • Developmental Disabilities
Offers advocacy, peer support, skills training, information and referral, and transition services. Services include, but are not limited to: assistive technology training, Waiver enrollment, HCBS advocacy, understanding and navigating services and benefits in the community, connection to appropriate services or agencies in the community, transitioning out of a nursing home to a community based living environment, and special education advocacy.

Provides services to individuals with disabilities in Western Pennsylvania. Offers advocacy, peer support, skills training, information and referral, and de-institutionalization/nursing home transition. Offers a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) reuse program. Direct personal care is provided to veterans and clients with intellectual disabilities, as well as those with Waivers and those who opt for private pay.
