LifePath's outpatient services offer a wide range of therapy services including individual and group therapy for people who have both developmental and mental health needs.
LifePath
Provides in-home supports, community homes, lifesharing and supported living/independent living apartments for adults with intellectual disabilities or autism. Day programs include commercial laundry vocational program, facility-based community participation services and community-based community participation services. Early intervention program provides individualized, in-home instruction for children birth to 3 years old with disabilities or delays.
