Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health - Financial Assistance Program

LGH representatives are available to guide you through the application process for federal, state, local and other assistance options, including LGH's own financial assistance program. The LGH program offers assistance for individuals up to the 400% Federal Poverty Level income who have no more than $10,000 in the bank per adult in the household. Lancaster General Hospital and many of their outpatient facilities have representatives on-site. Interpretation services are available upon request.
