Description

Offers supports that empower individuals and families to obtain the education, resources, and tools needed to achieve their goals and improve financial stability for adults working toward self-sufficiency. Individuals and families work with Supports Specialists who provide one-on-one coaching, advocacy, resources and referrals, and wrap around supportive services. Working with the Specialists, participants identify their strengths and needs, develop a goal plan with action steps, and learn about resources that can help make goal attainment more achievable.
