Along The Way - Pathway Project
Eligibility
1) Residents of Montgomery County who are single mothers.
2) No more than three children under age 13.
3) Annual income at or below 350% of the Federal Poverty Level.
4) Must meet work and/or school schedule requirements.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Application process
Visit the intake website for program details and instructions for filling out the preliminary application. After the application is received, a home visit and final application will follow.
Fees
Co-pay based on income.
