Provides free attorney representation, court advocacy, and telephone counseling for clients seeking Protection From Abuse Orders, child custody, and support. Also participates in the Telephone Outreach Project and the “Fast Track” representation program to expand legal services to vulnerable populations through early intervention after a 911 call and placing attorneys directly in Philadelphia’s domestic violence courts.
