Description
Provides career identification, real and virtual job shadowing, and work experiences for youth, ages 18-24. Youth are matched with a mentor for job shadowing and work experiences. These positions may be a paid or unpaid experience. Designed to help out of school youth acquire the personal attributes, knowledge, and skills needed to obtain a job and advance into the work-force.
