Provides human and social services relating to an individual’s basic needs. Addresses the barriers to succeeding upon reentering the community following release from jail, which translates into a reduction of recidivism and enhanced public safety with fewer crimes, fewer victims, and more individuals living productive lives in the community. Resources, basic needs/hygiene supplies, and referrals for services are limited to individuals involved with the criminal justice system in Cumberland County, PA.
