Offers individuals access needed resources in the community by assisting them in overcoming barriers and helping them bridge gaps between their needs and available resources. Services offered may include mentoring, connecting with the Recovery Community, securing a sponsor, etc. Core functions and activities include: recovery capital needs assessment for individual/family/community; recovery education and coaching offering recovery information, support, enhancement of self-management skills.
