Eligibility
Must be: (1) at least 18 years old, (2) have a substance use disorder and be motivated for recovery, (3) have a form of income sufficient to cover monthly housing fee which is adjusted annually. The 2026 rate is $720.00/month for individuals with CommunityCare Behavioral Health (CCBH) and $840.00/month if no CCBH.

Individuals complete and submit an application. Interviews are conducted to further assess those who appear to meet admission criteria. Admission decisions are based on information from the application and interview.
