The Human Resources Department provides a variety of services, both to job-seekers as well as current and past employees. These functions include recruitment, labor relations, benefits administration, workers compensation and risk management, as well as leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and equitable administration of policies and procedures. Applicants for non-civil service jobs should submit an employment application to the York County Department of Human Resources.
