Home Care & Hospice can provide the care you need from the comfort of home. Home care services are available for adults and children
Home health care is provided by nurses, health aides, social workers and/or rehabilitation therapists to help patients recover from illness or injury.
End-of-life hospice care is provided at home, in the hospice unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital-17th Street and in long term care facilities. When you, your loved one and a physician decide emotional and physical needs should be the focus of care, it's time to consider hospice
