Description
Victim Notification Services offers an automated statewide notification system for crime victims. If the offender is serving time in a state or county prison, victims can register for Pennsylvania SAVIN. SAVIN is a free, confidential, and automated service that helps victims, their friends and/or family, along with any concerned citizen, track the status of an offender within the Commonwealth.

Also provides counseling, advocacy, resources and education. The Center fosters community awareness and understanding through its comprehensive outreach and prevention programs.
