Residents of Allegheny County who are 60 years of age or older. A referral from Allegheny County Agency on Aging is required for enrollment. Applicants cannot be eligible for an Aging Waiver.

All referrals to Options Care and/or FCSP must come via the AAA SeniorLine. No referrals can be made directly to the program. In these cases, the referring person or agency is redirected to the AAA SeniorLine.

Description

Provides assistance necessary to keep seniors living independently in their homes and communities. A regular schedule of visits and calls are scheduled to provide the necessary support, while also providing additional services during emergency situations such as severe weather, property damage, or utility issues.
