Human Services Center Mon Valley - Emerging Leaders Program
Offers participants the opportunity to prepare for their future, develop their work competencies, explore careers through hands-on experiences, attend field trips, participate in job shadows, and more. Professionals from major industry clusters speak to the groups regularly and students tour various local universities, training centers, and worksites. Holds weekly sessions during the school day for the entire school year at each of the participating schools Participants will earn a modest stipend periodically based on participation and goal completion throughout the school year and post-graduation.

Eligibility
Students going into their senior year of high school at East Allegheny, McKeesport Area, Penn Hills, West Mifflin Area, and Woodland Hills High Schools. Participants are required to keep a 2.5 minimum QPA. Applicants must also meet income criteria and guidelines.
