Adults age 21+ who have chronic medical issues which impact mobility,
difficulty engaging in traditional outpatient services, or who
experience an increase in symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and
paranoia that make it difficult to leave the home

Elwyn's Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient site located in Phoenixville, PA (formerly known as Fellowship Health Resources (FHR)), is a nonprofit organization providing both clinical and support services to persons recovering from mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and other life challenges. Our staff is dedicated to delivering and coordinating comprehensive community-based services that promote independence, stability, and increased skill levels for our clients.
