Mental Health Services
Manages behavioral health services for individuals eligible for Medical Assistance in Berks County, as well as 41 other counties throughout Pennsylvania. Mission is to improve the health and well-being of the community by delivering effective, high-quality, and accessible behavioral health services in a nonprofit partnership with public agencies, experienced local Providers, and involved Members and their families. Community Care Contracts with Providers to offer diverse mental health and drug and alcohol services for our members. Care Managers work with members and providers to manage these services. Members may call our Member Line for information on benefits, referrals for treatment and other inquiries and concerns.

Community Care Behavioral Health Organization is a partnership between the UPMC Health System and the Community Behavioral Healthcare Network of Pennsylvania. Provides services to commercial, UPMC Health Plan, and HealthChoices members, including preventative health programs and recovery-oriented services for people with mental health disabilities.
