Eligibility

Must be 18 years of age or older residing in Schuylkill County and have a mental health diagnosis. All referrals come through Service Access and Management, Inc.

By appointment only. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Description

Supported Living Program helps individuals to find housing and/or develop the independent living skills to maintain their housing. Allied Services does not have housing but helps to navigate the housing system process.
