Intensive Prevention Services (IPS)
Provides 3 to 6 months of community-based, family-centered support to youth experiencing disciplinary challenges at home, in school, or in the community. Services include case management, onsite after-school programming, counseling, life skills workshops, mentoring, educational support, and linkages to community resources.

Families residing in zip codes 19145, 19146 ,19147, and 19148 Youth ages 10 to19 with any of these: chronically truant, 3+ school suspensions or expelled in the past 12 months, arrested within the past 12 months but not adjudicated, history of running away, or has a first time infraction on school grounds
