Provides professional guidance and advocacy for homeowners who are behind on their mortgage or at risk of foreclosure. HUD and PHFA-certified counselors will review client's financial situation, work with their lender, and help them to explore options that may allow them to keep their home. Clients may be eligible for the Save Your Home Program, a statewide initiative deisnged to help homeowners who have fallen behind on payments due to financial hardship. Assistance to address past-due payments and stabilize their housing situation may be available.
