Eligibility

Preschool children in the Williamsport area in Lycoming County and the Lock Haven area in Clinton County, including those with disabilities, are eligible for enrollment. While children from low-income families are given priority, those from higher-income families may be enrolled as well.

Provides high-quality early learning and school readiness experiences for 3 and 4-year olds in center-based classes to help them grow intellectually, physically, socially, and emotionally. The program encourages parental participation in activities. Classes meet five days a week for ten months during the school year.
