Avenues - PossAbilities Day Activities

Provides year round day support designed specifically for adults of 18 years of age and older with moderate to profound developmental and/or physical disabilities. Provides a variety of services based on an individual's specific needs and abilities. Functional Skills Training Each program participant who attends the adult training facility (ATF) has goals to target specific areas of training, which are developed by the interdisciplinary team. These goals aid individuals in achieving their highest level of independence and environmental control. Training focuses on the following areas, based on an individual's needs and preferences. Some areas of training may overlap to increase independence in all aspects of their lives.
