Description

Offers bilingual Case Management and Reentry Services for individuals returning to the community following incarceration and those who are involved in the criminal justice system. Provides assistance with applying for benefits, housing, food, and understanding documents in English. Assists individuals with complying with court orders, parole/probation. Offers Court Accompaniment (in-person support for first legal proceeding appointment). Provides referrals to Spanish-speaking therapists.
