Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services in Perry County. Clients will complete an assessment with an intake caseworker and will then be referred to the appropriate program.
Eastern Pennsylvania Continuum of Care
Works toward ending homelessness by providing a framework for a comprehensive and well-coordinated regional and local planning process. Includes identifying needs, conducting a system-wide evaluation of existing resources and program activities, and building a system of housing and services that addresses those needs.
