Description
Responsible for establishing paternity for children born out-of-wedlock; establishing appropriate support obligations using the Pennsylvania Statutes and Rules of Court; locating absent parents; monitoring and enforcing those support obligations by applying the law appropriately and using the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System.
