Individuals with intellectual disabilities aged 60 and over and to younger adults with intellectual disabilities who also have a dementia-related diagnosis

Description

Provides supports to individuals age 60 years or older. Emphasis is placed on socialization and recreational opportunities both in the facility and in the community. Some activities include, bingo, art, exercise, shopping, picnics, walks, yard sales, etc. Program is licensed by the PA Department of Aging
