Any person with a mental health diagnosis or an intellectual and/or developmental disability within a 45-mile radius of the site's location in Washington and Allegheny County.

Office Hours: Monday through Wednesday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Thursday, 8:30am to 6:30pm Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
