Eligibility

Services may be available at a reduced rate if you meet any of the following criteria: Currently on Medical Assistance through the Department of Human Services A person with a disability between the ages of 18 to 64 A person who lives along a fixed route, but due to a disability cannot access it Adults age 60 to 64 Adults age 65 and older
