Healthy Adams County - Health and Human Service Network

Provides a wide array of services focused on public health, behavioral health, and social services designed to improve the health and well-being of county residents. Conducts health assessment of the county every three years and oversees task forces and committees that are addressing past and current community health and human service needs.
