IMPORTANT NOTE: During the NFL Draft (4/22-24/26), individuals should apply during normal business hours at their local Magisterial District Court. After hours process remains the same as usual. Orders issued or scheduled for hearing during these days are extended through close of business on Monday, April 27, 2026.

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 11:00pm:
A) If possible, submit information through the Intake Website (linked below) before going to Court.
B) Proceed to Family Division Court, Suite 301.
C) After the paperwork has been submitted, a Judge will hear the case and determine whether the request will be granted
