Offers the Home Services Program that provides information, advocacy and referral services for children and adults with disabilities, and their families, in a seven-county area. This program provides a vital link to needed community services for individuals and families who may not otherwise be able to access them.

Provide opportunities and resources to infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities as they build and lead their lives in the community. Provides advocacy, home and community supports, and education. Additionally, 85 percent of the individuals we serve have disabilities other than CP.
