Center for Emergency Resources at Ann's Heart (CERAH)
Serves as a hub of critical resources for persons at risk of or experiencing homelessness in the Phoenixville area. Resources include showers; drop-in case management (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday); and drop-in mental health and wellness counseling (Thursday). Also serves as a Code Red Daytime Emergency Cooling Center when the temperature reaches or exceeds 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

Ann's Heart
Ann's Heart is a place of welcome and human services for Phoenixville-area residents. Each winter we serve guests through our Code Blue overnight emergency warming center program for individuals experiencing homelessness in the Phoenixville area. Our Summer Services program provides free shower and laundry services to individuals experiencing homelessness in the Phoenixville area, as well as housing case management for qualifying guests.
