Applicants must be enrolled in Service Access and Management, Inc. or enrolled in the PATH Program and must have a diagnosed mental health illness and be enrolled in Medical Assistance.

Contingency funds are financial supports used to assist with rents, security deposits, household items and some unique needs, such as arrears and utilities. Funds are capped at $1,000.00. Potential clients need to make a prior appointment before coming to the office.
