For waiver services, the Supports Coordinator needs to submit a referral through the link.
Fees
The Private Pay Group Activity Program is usually $16 per activity. Waiver services have discounted fees for activities.

Provides a recreational, socialization and habilitation program for adults who are intellectually disabled, autistic and/or mentally ill. We provide private pay group activities as well as ODP Waiver funded programs such as CPS, IHCS and companion.
