Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries - Family-Based Mental Health Services
Provides counseling services to individuals and their families in Lycoming and Clinton counties, with services primarily occurring in the home, although they can also be extended to the school or community setting. They strive to provide families with the skills and resources necessary to prevent their child or adolescent, who is experiencing significant emotional problems, from requiring out-of-home placement.

Application process
Clients must have Managed Care Organization (MCO) Community Behavioral Health Care Network of Pennsylvania (CBHNP) coverage through Medical Assistance, and be referred through CBHNP after qualifications are met.
Eligibility
Clients must have Managed Care Organization (MCO) Community Behavioral Health Care Network of Pennsylvania (CBHNP) coverage through Medical Assistance, and be referred through CBHNP after qualifications are met. Children or adolescents must be between the ages of 5 and 21, and be diagnosed with a serious emotional disturbance.
