Fees

There is no charge for the MAT Case Manager’s services and in most cases insurance will cover the doctor’s fee and the medication. However, if it does not the office will provide partial funding.

In partnership with The Wright Center, which oversees all medical aspects of the program, the Wayne County Drug and Alcohol Commission offers Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals with addiction to heroin and /or other opiate drugs. The individual must meet clinical and medical criteria in order to participate in this specialized program.

Wayne County Human Services

Oversees the administration of all County human service agencies, acts as a coordinative unit for all County contract human service agencies, and facilitates the access of citizens to service coordination.
