Accessible Home Modifications

Program designs and constructs accessibility modifications for homeowners and tenants, making it possible for individuals with disabilities to remain in their own homes. Items such as wheelchair ramps, accessible bathrooms, lifts, stair glides, widened doors and hallways, and both hearing and visual accommodations are installed by the program. The program cannot perform repairs.

Consumers must either qualify for a government assistance program or self-fund their project; Provide information on government program that pay for home modification and make referrals as needed; Does not provide financial assistance or discounted rates but can provide suggestions to acquire loans or grants
