Offers Hospice health care service. Hospice is a philosophy of care rather than a place. Focuses on caring and comforting rather than curing those with a life-limiting illness. Provides care in the place individuals call home which may be a home, an independent or assisted living community, a personal care home, a skilled nursing facility, or in their hospice residence called Carolyn’s House. Care is involving- Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Nursing Assistants, Chaplains, and Patient Volunteers
