Contact 814-860-2038 to self-refer. Veterans new to the clinic will have a brief telephone triage to determine the best level of care and follow-up will be initiated. If the outpatient services are recommended, the Veteran's first appointment will be a comprehensive biopsychosocial intake with a Behavioral Health Care Manager.
