Description

Provides a program for new moms who are pregnant with their first baby. Once enrolled in the program you will be connected to a registered nurse who will provide the support, advice, and information to have a healthy pregnancy. Once the baby arrives, the NFP nurse will work with new moms on breastfeeding, nutrition, child development, safe sleep techniques, and much more.

Nurse-Family Partnership

Nurse-Family Partnership is a free home visiting program for first-time mothers. Registered nurses provide education, expert advice and support from pregnancy and beyond. Enrollment into the program begins prior to 28 weeks of pregnancy and continues until the child turns two years of age.
