Administers all behavioral health programs covered by Medical Assistance (Medicaid). Implements and oversees Behavioral Health HealthChoices, Pennsylvania’s Medicaid managed care program, which provides mental health and drug/alcohol treatment services to residents eligible for Medical Assistance.

Responsible for administering all behavioral health programs covered by Medicaid. Oversees Bucks County mental health/developmental programs and the Bucks County Drug and Alcohol Commission.
