Eligibility
Targeted to families and individuals who have an annual income of less than 187.5% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Focuses on serving immigrants who are, refugees, domestic violence survivors, victims of crimes, elderly, disabled, and immigrant youth.

Immigration Counseling and Representation includes: A) U visas and self-petitions for survivors of interpersonal violence B) Representation to unaccompanied, abused or neglected immigrant youth C) Family reunification including Petitions for Alien Relatives D) Political asylum E) Adjustment of status and relief from removal (deportation) F) Replacement of documents, including travel documents G) Extension or change of immigration status and Representation in US Immigration court
