Enables those with Food Stamps/SNAP to shop at Farmers' Markets. Shoppers can come to the Fresh Access desk at participating market locations and use their EBT (Access) card to purchase tokens redeemable by participating food vendors for food-stamp eligible purchases. Ordinary credit and debit cards also accepted for any shoppers. SNAP shoppers also receive Food Bucks incentives to stretch your food stamps further. For every $5 SNAP EBT purchase, the purchaser receives an extra $2 to spend on produce.
