Please see the "Order" section of the website for information. A Recipient Registration Packet will need to be completed and returned by email, fax, mail, or in person.

Fees

There is a processing fee associated with donor milk that may be covered by health insurance if there is a medical need. A sliding scale discount program is available if medical need is not covered by insurance. Please contact the milk bank for additional information.
