Provide staff 24-hours per day; daily bed linen service; hairdresser and barber on premises; social, cultural and recreation activities; all utilities (except phone and cable); weekly visits to the house physician if needed; a visiting dentist; visiting podiatrist; visiting optometrist; ambulance service available; mobile units for x-rays and blood work; and use of the Special Care Unit, a hospital-like setting for short-term health needs. Levels of care include: A) Level 1 Primary Care: Most reasonably priced level and is for residents who can live with minimal supervision and assistance. B) Level 2 Extended Care: Intended for residents who need a little extra help to get through the day. Includes daily assistance with personal grooming and frequent safety checks. C) Level 3 Extended Care and Special Needs: Includes 24-hour supervision, hourly safety checks, and is appropriate for residents with dementia or other mentally debilitating diseases.
